Simons is hands down my favourite store in Canada, and it really does check all the boxes. I love the direction it’s going, despite being something of a hidden gem.
It’s so interesting and refreshing to listen to Peter Simons, a forward-thinking, thoughtful Canadian retailer, focused on operations AND aesthetics; solicitous of his customers, employees and his business partners as well as of course the bottom line. Another older, much larger, storied Canadian retailer could take a few lessons, but I won’t get started.
