AI adoption in Canada is accelerating, with nearly half (45%) of consumers using AI in their shopping journey from researching products (42%) to finding deals (28%).
The research found that 79 per cent of surveyed executives expect AI to contribute significantly to their revenue by 2030, compared with 40 per cent today.
A remarkably low number of respondents are satisfied with in-store experiences and online shopping, with AI potentially picking up the slack as retail shifts.
