‘Manulife Place’ Retail Podium in Downtown Edmonton to See Major Overhaul [Renderings/Analysis]

After Holt Renfrew closed its downtown Edmonton store in retail centre last week, Manulife has announced a major modernization that will give Manulife Place a new life that will include a new facade, a retail new configuration, a new one-acre park, as well as soon-to-be-announced new retail tenants.
