Pür & Simple, which describes itself as The Better Breakfast Brand, is celebrating its 10th anniversary with the opening of its 75th restaurant and first downtown Toronto location at 110 Harbour Street.
Pür & Simple was founded in Laval, Quebec, in 2016, and says it set out to reinvent the traditional breakfast experience. Today, the Canadian-born brand is expanding across Canada and the United States, bringing creative dishes, quality ingredients and its promise of better food, better service and better vibes to more communities, it added.
“What started as a vision to move breakfast beyond the greasy spoon has become a brand built around the guest experience, from what arrives at the table to how guests feel when they walk through the door,” said the company in a news release.
“Located near Toronto’s waterfront, the new restaurant brings (the brand’s) vibrant breakfast and brunch experience to residents, professionals and visitors in the heart of the city. Guests can expect the brand’s signature creative breakfast dishes, welcoming atmosphere and genuine hospitality.”

“Ten years ago, we opened our first restaurant with a dream of making breakfast something people would get excited about,” said Ritou Maloni, Co-Founder, President and COO. “To reach 75 restaurants and open our first downtown Toronto location is something I’m incredibly proud of. But this milestone is really about the people who got us here: our Franchise Partners, our teams and the guests who believed in us. As we grow, our commitment to great food, genuine hospitality and making every guest feel special will never change.”
The opening marks another step in Pür & Simple’s growth while reinforcing its commitment to welcoming spaces, memorable guest experiences and connections with the communities it serves, added the company.
