Mandy’s Gourmet Salads is expanding into Calgary, bringing its Montreal-born restaurant concept to the Alberta market for the first time through an exclusive delivery partnership with Uber Eats beginning Nov. 9.
The launch will make the brand’s salads, bowls, dressings, soups and smoothies available to Calgary customers within an approximately eight-kilometre radius of the Beltline, marking another step in the company’s expansion across Canada.
The delivery service will operate daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., with orders available exclusively through Uber Eats. The company is also offering introductory promotions during November to mark its entry into the market.

Calgary expansion follows Vancouver launch
The Calgary debut follows Mandy’s recent West Coast expansion into Vancouver’s Kitsilano neighbourhood this fall. The company said the Alberta launch comes in response to growing interest from Calgary customers, including requests for its products and dressings.
“We’ve always grown by listening to our community, and Calgary has been asking for a while. We’ve watched our community there grow, from people stocking up on our dressings to messages asking when we’re coming,” said Mandy Wolfe, co-founder of Mandy’s Gourmet Salads. “Delivery is our way of answering, and we can’t wait for Calgarians to dig in.”
The November launch will include two promotional offers. From Nov. 2 to 15, customers spending $25 will receive a free cookie of their choice. From Nov. 16 to 30, orders of $25 will qualify for a free eight-ounce soup.
The company said the Calgary service will give customers access to its menu without the need for a physical restaurant location in the city.

Montreal sisters built brand from small beginnings
Mandy’s Gourmet Salads was founded in Montreal in 2004 by sisters Mandy and Rebecca Wolfe. The business began in the back of a women’s clothing store, with the sisters entering the food industry without previous food or business experience.
Mandy developed the original menu, while Rebecca was responsible for the restaurant’s interior design. Their respective roles have continued as the company has expanded, with Mandy serving as creative food director and chef, while Rebecca oversees the design of its locations and leads brand marketing.
The business has since grown beyond its original Montreal operation, expanding into Toronto, Ottawa and Vancouver. Its product offerings have also extended beyond restaurants to include dressings sold in grocery stores across Canada and two cookbooks.
According to the company, its current operations include nine locations in Montreal, five brick-and-mortar restaurants and two ghost kitchens in Toronto, one location in Ottawa, and one ghost kitchen and one brick-and-mortar location in Vancouver.
The Calgary launch adds another market to the company’s Canadian footprint, although the initial offering will be limited to delivery through Uber Eats rather than a traditional restaurant opening.
Mandy’s said it has additional restaurants planned locally and internationally as it continues to expand its operations.
