Canadian Tire Corporation is expanding the distribution and product range of its Hudson’s Bay Stripes brand with a 93-piece winter collection featuring its first collaborations with KitchenAid and Owala, while introducing the merchandise at SportChek for the first time.
The Winter ’26 collection launched Nov. 5 across Canadian Tire stores nationally and online, as well as select Mark’s/L’Équipeur and SportChek locations and their respective websites. Each retailer will carry a distinct assortment of products, extending the Stripes brand across the company’s retail network.
The launch expands the collection into additional product categories, including home décor, kitchen and dining, holiday decorations, giftables, apparel, baby products and pet merchandise.
Eva Salem, Senior Vice-President of Marketing and Brand at Canadian Tire Corporation, said the company is expanding the brand’s reach through new partnerships and additional retail channels.
“Winter is a quintessential Canadian experience, and the Stripes belong in the traditions that make it special,” said Salem. “We’re growing this brand around how Canadians live, partnering with Owala and KitchenAid, who deliver the quality and style our customers want, and putting Stripes in front of more people through an expanded store network, including its debut at SportChek. It’s about bringing this design into the moments that matter during the winter season, and making sure Stripes stays part of winter here for years to come.”

KitchenAid and Owala collaborations
The collection marks the first time Hudson’s Bay Stripes have appeared on products from KitchenAid and Owala, adding branded merchandise to the seasonal assortment.
The limited-edition KitchenAid collaboration includes four products, led by an Artisan Plus Tilt-Head Stand Mixer with a custom Hudson’s Bay Stripes bowl. The assortment also includes a rectangular baker, two ramekins and a square baker.
The Owala partnership features two exclusive water bottle designs incorporating seasonal plaid and a new Fair Isle knit print. The collaboration also marks Owala’s first partnership with a Canadian brand.
The expanded collection combines established Stripes merchandise with seasonal designs intended for winter gatherings and gift purchases. New patterns include windowpane plaid and a Fair Isle-inspired snowflake print.
Expanded seasonal assortment
The Winter ’26 collection includes several established Hudson’s Bay products, including the Point Blanket, caribou throw, GUND Grahm Teddy Bear, popcorn tins and Millennium colourway blankets.
Other merchandise includes throws, candles, mittens and seasonal decorations. The company said select products, including candles, reed diffusers, popcorn tins and swaddle blanket sets, are made in Canada.
While the winter collection is launching as a seasonal assortment, some signature Hudson’s Bay Stripes products will remain available throughout the year at Canadian Tire. Those items include the everyday tote, Point Blanket and classic mug.
The company is also continuing its contribution to The Blanket Fund through the Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Fund. Canadian Tire said it donates 100 per cent of its net proceeds from each Hudson’s Bay Stripes Point Blanket sold, with a guaranteed minimum annual contribution of $1 million.

Distribution across three retail banners
The SportChek launch represents a new distribution channel for the Stripes brand, which had not previously been available through the sporting goods retailer.
Triangle Rewards members can earn rewards on Stripes purchases across all participating retail locations. Product availability and assortment will vary by retailer and individual store.
Canadian Tire Corporation, which trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbols CTC.A and CTC, operates Canadian Tire, Mark’s/L’Équipeur and several sporting goods retail banners, including SportChek, Sports Experts, Pro Hockey Life, Hockey Experts and Atmosphere.
The company also operates retail petroleum and financial services businesses and holds a majority interest in CT REIT.
